NeuralDesk — AI-Powered Customer Support Automation

The Challenge

NeuralDesk needed a landing page that could explain a complex AI product to non-technical buyers — customer support managers and SaaS founders who don't care about the tech stack, but need to see results.

The page had to:

• Communicate the core value prop instantly ("Resolve 80% of tickets")
• Show the product in action without requiring a demo signup
• Convert visitors into trial users
• Load fast on any device and connection

What I Built

A fully responsive, performance-optimized SaaS landing page with:

• Interactive hero section with a live dashboard preview showing real-time KPIs, ticket queues, and resolution stats — so visitors can see the product working before they sign up
• Bento grid layout showcasing AI capabilities (sentiment analysis, smart routing, auto-escalation) in a visual, scannable format
• Impact stats section with animated counters (12M+ conversations, 50+ languages, 10K+ teams)
• How it works flow — a 3-step visual walkthrough that explains the product without jargon
• Integration showcase — logos and connection animations for Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.
• Feature grid — 6 detailed capability cards with hover interactions
• Analytics dashboard preview — interactive chart showing AI vs human resolution rates
• Testimonials — social proof carousel with customer quotes
• Pricing tiers — 3-tier pricing table with feature comparison
• Smooth scroll with Lenis, scroll-triggered animations with GSAP

Performance

Technical Decisions

• Lazy-loaded sections — Every below-fold component is wrapped in an IntersectionObserver-based LazySection, so the initial bundle only loads the hero
• GSAP loaded on demand — ScrollTrigger and TextPlugin are only imported when the user scrolls near the first animated section, keeping the critical path clean
• Lenis smooth scroll — Loaded asynchronously after first paint, never blocking render
• No icon library — All icons are inline SVGs to eliminate external dependency overhead
• Framer Motion for entrance animations with useReducedMotion support for accessibility

Result

A landing page that loads fast, communicates complex AI features in plain language, and guides visitors from "what is this?" to "I want to try it" — exactly the kind of frontend SaaS founders need but rarely get.
